The goal of our work is to create a safe space and container for my clients to feel heard, seen, and supported. I aim to create a strong therapeutic relationship and to walk alongside clients in their journeys.
I will not tell you what to do, but rather help you find what you already know.
I will sit in whatever feelings you are experiencing and offer you tools to help your way through.
I will reflect your resources and resiliency – reminding you of your strengths.
I will share in your struggles and celebrate your successes.
We will become partners in your work to learn, gain insights, and heal.
My education and training in nutrition, movement, psychology, and counseling have informed my integrative approach to therapy.
I have pursued further training to develop these skills including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and EDMR. I continue to learn and develop my skills, including utilizing concepts from Intuitive Eating and Polyvagal Theory.
