Get to Know...
JENNI COSTELLO
It is nice to meet you and I am so glad you are here. Life can be hard sometimes, can’t it?
Whatever reason you are here, WELCOME. I hope to offer some hope, support and transformation in your life.

YOU ARE NOT ALONE
Life asks us to transition and change all the time. That could be going to college, graduating, a new job, a new relationship or a new phase of life, such as motherhood. As women we take on so much and can feel so alone while managing life's pressure and demands. It can leave us feeling alone and isolated, with worries running through our head.
What I love about therapy is the healing that happens just from entering and showing up. Connection reminds us that we are not alone. I aim to provide you that space and support.

YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE FIXED
We get so many messages as women that there is something wrong with us; something that needs to be fixed or done better. Whether that is our bodies, our careers, our parenting or the dinners we put on the table.I want to help you let go of these expectations and find your own sense of acceptance and success in your life.
You are not broken, you never were.

YOU DESERVE TO FEEL JOY
It might feel so out of reach with all that you are managing and responsible for – school and work demands, parenting responsibilities, energy into your relationships and even getting the laundry done. I can help create room for you; room to find happiness and contentment.
You don’t have to suffer alone trying to make everyone happy at the expense of yourself.
